Anyone can be a victim of phone fraud.

You may be contacted by a caller posing as someone from Truss Communications who may tell you that you have overpaid and if you provide the credit card information, the overpayment will be refunded to you. Unfortunately, the credit card info may be used for other purchases not related to Truss Communications.

If you encounter this type of phone call hang up and immediately contact Truss Communications customer care at 1-833-55-87877 to validate the request or report the incident.

Callers may identify themselves as someone from Truss Communications and tell you that you are eligible for a free phone. They may ask for credit card information because you will have to pay the $5 shipping fee. Again, your credit card information could be used for other purchases unrelated to Truss Communications.
If anyone calls you soliciting a "too good to be true" offer, simply hang up and contact the Truss Communications customer care group at 1-833-55-87877 to validate the promotion.

If your credit card has been fraudulently used and you are not a customer of Truss Communications, please contact your credit card company immediately.
